Virtual Community Consultation: Nepali Heritage Month
We recently held a Virtual Community Consultation on March 30, 2026, to advocate for the official recognition of April as Nepali Heritage Month in Ontario. This session provided a platform for community members to unite in support of our shared culture, identity, and heritage.
Objective: To gather community input and support for the provincial proclamation of Nepali Heritage Month.
Action Taken: Attendees were encouraged to submit support letters to the office of MPP Kristyn Wong-Tam to strengthen the motion.
Theme: “Unite for Our Culture, Identity & Heritage!”
